    Clean and attractive place, has FABULOUS views of jungle. The rooms are unique with exceptionally comfortable beds and safe. The hotel offers marvellous location near Meloneras downtown. Every time we stay in Meloneras, like to stay here.

    Breakfast very varied, location good, the gardens and pool are beautifully landscaped, vegetation very species-rich, restaurant Akara is great but the menu should be a little more varied, quality and service top.

    The facilities, simply WOW if you go to the reception, were very positively surprised. Super food super service!

    Elevators much too small they were always full, with such a huge hotel you need bigger ones.

    Good breakfast. Location of the hotel is optimal. Attentive staff. Hotel facilities are spacious and very well maintained. Several pool landscapes are available.

    Unfortunately the pool beds were already covered with towels in the morning. The staff did not do anything about it. During our stay there was permanently 1 elevator broken. The pool towels could be changed only once a day, between 10.00 and 12.00 o'clock! Then, the wet towels had to be dried in the room.

    It is exceptional family-friendly venue, it offers great pool and the location is magnificent to palm trees. Outstandingly helpful and hard-working staff provides an exceptional service. The salad bar makes the carbonated drinks.

    We had our honeymoon in this hotel, we got good cava in our Room, even chocolates on my birthday! With a friendly card of the managing director. The breakfast was very good with excellent staff, the rooms where very good, the pool was amazing, great hotel, great location! I can recommend it to everybody

    Breakfast was great, except for the champagne. Equipment and decoration of the hotel super, great garden and pool area and finally a hotel with enough deckchairs. No reserved deckchairs - great! very friendly staff.

    the champagne at breakfast is not edible. sorry!! everything else is great.

    Very modern compared to the usual spanish trash that the Gran Canaria and every other spanish island offers. The hotel must have cost millions, its beautiful!

    5 star decor and fittings, 3 star service and food! Getting the Iron delivered took over 2 hours, bedroom lights kept tripping out because of faulty iron. Ironing board was broken when delivered, breakfast was sub standard! (Usual spanish cooking) Cant even get fries by the pool, dont serve hot food for lunch?????? Totally bemused by it all, not even any shower gel on arrival, bought some from shop for 3 euros and 29 cents, then complained so they delivered because housekeeping forgot?? Obviously the same housekeeping and reception staff from some of the poorly run chain hotels on the island, Princess/Riu etc. Too many faults in just 3 nights!! Over charged for breakfast and dinner, so refused dinner and went elsewhere. Had a refund for breakfast one day but was never offered the refund until I kicked up a stink! Looks nice, but the staff just ruined it.

    Great environnement, beautiful landscape gardens and swimmingpools, Design of the room.

    Not a 5 stars. The food was terrible and the waiters are not professionnal, therefore we decide to have all our meals outside of the hotel. We tried two sisters hotels Villa de Conde 5* and Costa Meloneras 4* and both food and services were good. You have to pay for safe and wifi but wifi connection was good. The staff was definitely not at the level of a 5* at least a good 4*. At least but not last, cold atmosphere and not really cosy bars.

    would love to stay here again

    The room was spacious with air conditioning, a balcony, and a huge bath. Amenities included a coffee machine, minibar, and tv. The pools were varied with lazy rivers and quiet spots. Staff were attentive, and the food was diverse with themed buffets every night. Spa facilities were also available for added relaxation.
